Unedged AB grade Beech is cut from the outside of the logs. Resulting in the highest quality of boards that are 3 to 4 faces clear of defects. Generally there is no red heart inside but the occasional boards can have a few traces of it. This Beech is steamed before drying to give it an even pinky color.
